What ShowPage lists
A development is a site with an address, its phases, tenure, warranty provider and sales office. A property type is a house or apartment design at that development: bedrooms, size, price from, EPC rating, parking and specification. We do not list resale homes, plots or land, and we do not take enquiries on a developer's behalf: every listing shows the sales team's own phone number and email.
How listings are verified
Before a developer's listings go live we check the company's Companies House registration, that the trading name matches the warranty provider's register (NHBC, LABC, Premier Guarantee or similar), and that the sales phone number answers for that developer. This usually takes one working day. Verified developers carry a "Verified on ShowPage" label on their profile with the date.
Prices and availability are entered by each developer and shown with the date they were last updated. ShowPage is not an estate agent, does not take a fee from buyers and does not give financial advice; the mortgage figures on home pages are illustrations only.
