Far East Consortium (FEC) is an international developer and operator of residential, hotel and commercial schemes, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 1972 and active in ten countries. It opened a UK head office in London in 2011 and a Manchester office in 2016, and is delivering the Victoria North regeneration in partnership with Manchester City Council: around 15,000 homes across seven neighbourhoods over 15 years. Completed Manchester schemes include MeadowSide, New Cross Central and Victoria Riverside; its homes are sold under the Homes by FEC name.
