L&Q (London and Quadrant Housing Trust) is one of the UK's largest housing associations and a developer with a social purpose: it builds new homes for sale, Shared Ownership and rent across London, the South East and the North West, and reinvests the money it makes into its homes and services. At least half of its new homes are intended to be genuinely affordable to people on average and lower incomes, with the rest available for private rent or sale.
