About the development

Park Hill is a Brutalist concrete icon and the largest Grade II* listed building in Europe, standing at the top of the hill overlooking Sheffield city centre. Completed in 1961, its 'streets in the sky' were designed to be wide enough for a milk float. Three phases are complete, with 455 new homes, student accommodation and more than 50,000 sq ft of workspace. Urban Splash and Places for People are now creating 125 new homes in Phase 4 with architects Mikhail Riches: dual-aspect duplex apartments and townhouses with balconies or terraces, including Limited Edition homes, alongside residents' gardens and surrounding parkland.
